We can take motorcampers up to 23ft long (we now have four hardstanding’s for motorcampers) however we are not able to take touring caravans. We have 33 pitches in total – so booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.

Behind this hut is a compost toilet and a shower heated by the stove.

The campsite has 53 pitches with access to electric hook-ups (10 amps). Every pitch is easy to access via a perimeter road and a short drive across grass to the pitch. Facilities on the campsite include a toilet block, utility room and a food hut where we operate an honesty box scheme and supply a basket of free range eggs weekly. You can also buy delicious Love My Cow beef, kept frozen here. There is a regular stock of steaks and burgers.

The park offers facilities for 60 tourers and motor homes along with a separate camping area for 10 tents. We are open all year. Chippenham, WiltshireOur Gypsy Wagons are located on a private and secluded site. There are only two bow-top wagons and plenty of space for fun and games. Both gypsy wagons have a traditional ‘cosy’ pull out bed for two it may also be possible to accommodate 1-2 small children in the area below the bunk if necessary. Bed linen is provided.
Gas Barbecue and open fire near wagons with firewood for the first night provided free of charge.

We will accept single or double axle caravans and motor homes will provide either grass or hard standing pitches, some pitches have their own water supply. 16 amp hook ups are available.
Buford Town Centre is just a five minute walk from the site with shops, pubs and places to eat. There are so many things to see and do in the area around. William Morris called Bibury "the most beautiful village in England" and it remains most attractive in its setting alongside the river. The 14th Century Arlington Row provides the focal point. This was originally a wool store, then altered into weavers cottages and is now restored by the National Trust.

The Wye Valley Walk runs along the hill just behind the site, with cycle route 81 passing the edge.
There are lovely walks close by with access to the River Wye, for fishing or just relax by. We are right in the centre of Kite country with Kite feeding centres within a short drive approximately 12 miles to the scenic Elan Valley Reservoirs and 10 miles to Clywedeog Dam (fishing & Sailing).

There is usually a secluded spot where campers can enjoy themselves in peace and solitude.

Llyn Brianne reservoir is a short distance away with spectacular walking routes and the Dinas nature reserve is closer still. The reserve has many birds nesting there and is also home to the lesser spotted Woodpecker. Red kites are often seen soaring above the campsite. The area is great for canoeing, mountain biking and walking. The nearby village of Rhandirmwyn has an excellent Pub, The Royal Oak, you will have a friendly welcome and a good choice of food. With real ales available, it was the CAMRA pub of the year for Carmarthenshire 2015.
