Red Kite Touring Park is a family run, Adults Only Touring Park near the quaint market town of Llanidloes. Located on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains, we offer a tranquil retreat set in stunning countryside, with gorgeous views down the Clywedog Valley.
Our picturesque site is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life, surrounded by breathtaking countryside. This family run site is peaceful and nestled amongst 20 acres of spectacular landscape.
We have 62 fully services pitches available, suitable for caravans and motorhomes. All the pitches come with 16 amp electricity and your own drinking water supply. The pitches are set over several tiers into the hillside and come with gravel hardstanding.
Onsite we have a range of excellent facilities, including a state-of-the-art amenity block, reception and even a dog wash. We also have a shop that sells essentials, local treats and drinks.
Just below our pitches is a lovely course fishing pool. Fishing is charged per day, or ask at reception about our weekly or season rates.
Only a 15 minute stroll away is the historic market town of Llanidloes, home to restaurants, pubs, shop and takeaways. You can visit the majestic Llyn Clywedog Reservoir and Dam, he tallest dam in Britain. The Hafren Forest is perfect for scenic walks. Great attractions to visit include:
