Garrison Campsite offers a wonderful camping experience on the historic Garrison on St Mary's. Nestled on the gorgeous Isles of Scilly, we are perfect for an idyllic getaway.
We are based in a truly stunning setting, surrounded by clear waters and sandy beaches, ideal for a relaxing and tranquil holiday. We can transport your luggage from & to the Scillonian III ferry to make your journey that bit easier.
Our 9.5-acre site offers a friendly atmosphere and is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life. Our small and intimate site provides plenty of privacy and a well-stocked shop, mobile phone/laptop charging, toilet blocks, metered showers, washing up & laundry facilities are all available. 10 electric hook ups are available in advance.
We also offer readi-tents. These spacious family-sized, pre-erected quality tents offer all the camping equipment you need, apart from sleeping bags, pillows and towels. They remove the stress of putting up your own tent and sleep 2 or 4 people for maximum comfort.
Only a short stroll away is the historic Garrison Walls, offering a great spot for savouring the amazing Scilly coastline and glorious island views. The area has lots of rare birds and plant life to see. Take a scenic boat trip to one of the other islands and see one of the wonderful attractions, such as Cromwells Castle or The Abbey Gardens on Tresco. Excellent places to visit include:
St Martin's Vineyard and Winery.
Carreg Dhu Gardens.
Rushy Bay.
Isles Of Scilly Museum.
