Sea Barn Farm is a peaceful family-friendly camping park in Fleet, set in a breathtaking location with panoramic views of the Fleet Lagoon, Lyme Bay and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. It’s the perfect spot for a memorable Dorset getaway surrounded by natural beauty.
Spread across 11 acres within a 300-acre working beef and cereals farm, our campsite is a haven for countryside lovers seeking relaxation and escape. We welcome tents, trailer-tents, caravans and motorhomes, with most pitches offering electric hook-up and spectacular sea views. Both sheltered pitches or pitches with spectacular sea views are available. Just a short 500-metre walk takes you to the Fleet shoreline and the famous South West Coastal Path, making it an ideal base for exploring the coast and countryside.
Onsite we have a range of facilities:
One Facilities Block includes separate sink cubicles, spacious showers, toilets. Accessible bathroom, self-contained family bathroom complete with a bath shower, sink and toilet and a Laundry room. Our second block is older but clean and functional.
Play area for our younger guests.
Onsite shop and off-licence carrying groceries, wines, beers, toys and knick-knacks. We also stock camping gas and hardware. Shop hours minimal during the quieter camping months.
Our campsite is only 5 miles from Weymouth Sands, home to a Georgian seafront, harbour and the historic Nothe Fort. There are also lots of seaside restaurants and interesting shops to browse. You can also visit the subtropical gardens in Abbotsbury, just 7 miles away. Attractions to visit include:
Swanage Steam Railway.
Monkey World.
Bovington Tank Museum.
The Iron Age fort at Maiden Castle.
SEA LIFE Centre Weymouth.
