Riverside Caravan Park is a quiet, secluded countryside park just minutes from the centre of Plymouth in Devon. The caravan park is convenient for easy access to the beautiful South Hams' beaches, Dartmoor National Park, Cornwall and Brittany Ferries port in Plymouth.
Riverside Caravan Park enjoys a very pleasant position with plenty of open space on a level, well-drained site, bordered by both the River Plym and ancient woodland. The campsite is located only a short walk from all local amenities including a park and ride facility.
Riverside Caravan Park is an all-year campsite with good tarmacadam roads, street lighting and reception open every day of the year.
Facilities include:
Level pitches with electric hook-ups.
Toilet blocks with hot water and free showers.
Laundry and ironing room with hair drying facilities.
Dishwashing room.
Bar with restaurant and take away - Easter & end of May to end of September.
Heated outdoor swimming pool & children's pool - end of May to mid-September.

Friendly reception with shop area selling essentials year-round.
The children will enjoy the extended play area which includes swings and slides. Dogs are welcome but must be quiet and kept on a lead at all times while on the site. We are open all the year to welcome motor and touring caravans and also tents. Please note we do not accept commercial vehicles.
For those interested in boating, Plymouth Sound offers a full range of activities from small sailing dinghies to Royal Navy ships. Within the city of Plymouth, there is a combination of old and new architecture with the Elizabethan House and the Barbican being only a few minutes walk away from the modern Civic and University buildings, large chain stores and the Drake Circus Shopping Mall. Plymouth is the gateway to Cornwall and the Brittany Ferries port offers easy access to France and Spain.
A wide choice of beaches and coves are within a reasonable distance and a few miles to the north of the site lays Dartmoor. Further along, the banks of the River Plym is the National Trust Saltram House.
