Welcome Family Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren offers the perfect fun filled, family holiday in South Devon with a beautiful seaside location and glorious sandy beaches on our doorstep.
We offer a wide range of accommodation to suit all budgets, plus 4 indoor pools, crazy golf, play park, daytime activities and evening entertainment - all included in the price of your holiday!
The Starlight Club is a fun place for everyone to relax and enjoy some superb entertainment every single evening and our professional show team will delight you with brilliant West End style shows that will entertain the whole family.
Also within Cruisers, there is a Lounge Bar featuring Sky Sports on the big screen, bingo, and an Amusement Arcade with the latest amusements, gaming machines, arcade games and pool. Dougies Den is also very popular with children and is held inside the Cruisers Club in the evenings while bingo is on. During the day there is a programme of events for the whole family to enjoy.
We’ve lots of choice of accommodation to suit every taste and budget:
Lodges - The Casita, Casamigo and Casafina Lodges are our flagship accommodation, designed in a Spanish style exclusively for Welcome Family. These self-catering lodges sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
Bungalows - Our self catering bungalows embrace the style and quality standards of the lodges at a more affordable price. The bungalows sleep 4 to 9 people in two or three bedrooms.
Caravans - Welcome Family also has a variety of static caravans to choose from. These range from luxury 3 bedroom to cosy 2 bedroom models that sleep between 6 and 8 people, with a sofa bed in the caravan lounges.
Apartments - These spacious self catering holiday apartments sleep 5-7 people with one double and one triple room and a sofa bed in the lounge.
Selected accommodation is pet friendly – with sections of the beach being dog friendly all year round we’re in an excellent location for a holiday with your dog.
Many people come back year after year for the fantastic Dawlish beaches at our doorstep. You simply can’t beat a sunny day by the seaside! For the rainy days, you can enjoy the warm and spacious Tropicana Pool Complex at Welcome Family. Come rain or shine, you are guaranteed a fun time in the water at Welcome Family!

Dartmoor National Park covers a great deal of Devon and is one of the best reasons to visit the West Country. It contains some of the most unspoilt moorlands in the UK and is one of the most diverse attractions in the area – walking, horse riding, fishing, golf and water sports are just some of the things available!
