Chapmanswell Caravan Park in St Giles on the Heath is one of the best family-run parks in the area, nestled in the Tamar Valley and offering stunning views over Dartmoor. Based near Launceston in a scenic part of Cornwall, we are perfect for an unforgettable getaway.
Our wonderful park is the ideal place to escape from the pressures of modern life. We boast beautifully maintained pitches, including 12 with electric and 12 hardstanding pitches. Wild camping is also available. Onsite we have a fabulous clubhouse, The Anglers Rest, great for birthdays, festive parties, anniversaries and weddings. On the weekend there are live singers and bands, plus quiz nights and karaoke. You can also enjoy a tipple at the bar and some tasty food at the restaurant.
Excellent facilities include a heated amenity block, a sheltered children’s play area, onsite shop and a large exercise area. Further amenities include:

Our caravan park is surrounded by fields, yet just a short drive away from Holsworthy with its twice weekly Livestock Market (one of the largest in Devon). You can also visit Launceston with its prominent castle, steam railway and museum. Both towns offer excellent shopping, several restaurants as well as leisure and sports facilities.
