Wayfarers Park offers award-winning camping and touring facilities in the village of St Hilary near Penzance. We are based in a countryside setting and ideally placed for exploring Cornwall.
Our peaceful park offers open lawns and excellent facilities. In the bottom field, we have a range of camping bays. The grass pitches are well maintained and each camping bay holds two pitches with 16 amp electric hook up.
We have a range of caravan pitches which offer plenty of space and enjoy an open feel. The perimeter is backed by Cornish hedging, mature trees and shrubs. We also have 3 serviced pitches for caravans and motorhomes with electric hook-up, grey waste disposal only and a fresh water tap. The hardstand pitches offer room for awning and includes an allocated parking bay.
A range of holiday homes are available to hire. All the homes include comfy bedrooms, modern bathrooms and a lounge with a seating area, a large electric fire, a TV/DVD player. Some of the holiday homes have a smart TV. The kitchens include an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven. Outside there is a balcony with chairs and a table for al fresco dining.
Onsite facilities include a modern shower block with underfloor heating, hairdryer and shaver points, service block incorporating washing up area, freezer, washing machine, dryer, toilet and handwash sink, 2 less abled shower rooms, Anpr security barrier, Wi-Fi available for a small fee, tourist information room, Elsan and grey waste points, brick built BBQ area and reception selling locally made products.
We also have the Flying Duck Bistro to enjoy. You can eat in or out, with delicious breakfast and evening meals available. The bar is stocked with local gin, cider, lager, beer and soft drinks.
Our park is ideally placed for exploring the area. You can visit St Ives, Land’s End, Penzance/Marazion, The Lizard and Helston. You can also visit Truro, Newquay, St. Agnes and the Eden Project. Attractions to visit include:
