Bos Verbas is a peaceful, adult-only campsite set in an elevated position above Praa Sands, offering stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic and surrounding countryside. Spanning 2.5 acres of flat grassland, this small and quiet site is surrounded by farmland and provides a tranquil retreat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just above the mile-long sandy surfing beach of Praa Sands, Bos Verbas is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy breathtaking sunsets and soothing birdsong.
The site features large, flat grass pitches, including electric and non-electric hook-up options. Two fully serviced pitches come with private shower and toilet facilities for added comfort. Amenities include a camper’s kitchen, a well-maintained shower and toilet block and a camper’s cabin offering plants and crafts for sale.
As a Camping and Caravanning Club certified site for members only, Bos Verbas welcomes motorhomes, campervans, caravans, tents and trailer tents. Its location provides easy access to both the north and south coasts of West Cornwall, making it ideal for exploring the region. Perfect for those seeking a tranquil and exclusive camping experience, Bos Verbas invites you to relax, appreciate the natural beauty and enjoy the sunsets and bird song.
We are in an ideal position for exploring the area. Head to the mile sandy beach at Praa Sands, home to a seasonal surfing school and cafes. The quaint harbour town of Porthleven is only a 7-minute drive away and has lots of pubs, restaurants and craft shops. You visit St Ives, Carbis Bay and Godrevy, or drive to Land’s End, just 30 a minute drive away. Attractions to visit include:
