Tamar Lakes near Bude offers a wonderful setting for a memorable camping adventure. We are popular with families, providing a range of fantastic water-based activities including kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding. Further afield you can visit an array of brilliant attractions in Cornwall.
We offer a truly unique camping holiday in a magical setting. There is so much to do, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Explore the lake by foot or bike or hire a canoe or sail boat and take to the water. Children can have endless fun in the new play area and the whole family can enjoy a leisurely woodland walk.
Our site offers spacious pitches, with a choice of electric and non-electric pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. All guests have access to onsite showers and toilets, a washing-up area, baby changing room, water disposal and recycling facilities.
For those that don’t fancy the hassle of putting up their own tent, we have a charming camping pod for 4. The pod is great for families and has 2 bunk beds, a table and chairs, cutlery and a cool-box. There is a solar-powered light, but no other electricity supply.
Head into Bude and explore the town or relax on one of the sandy beaches. Take advantage of the South West Coastal Path or visit Wadebridge, Dartmoor National Park or Newquay. Excellent attractions to visit include:
