Hook Farm is nestled in a pretty part of the West Sussex countryside, at West Hoathly near East Grinstead. Our campsite includes a collection of secluded meadows and small copses of woodlands. Designed to be a back to nature campsite, we offer campers the opportunity to camp in the British countryside while having minimal impact on the landscape and environment.
There are no permanent buildings on the site; our facilities are simple - cold running water and toilets. Showers onsite. Our campers are welcome to have a small camp fire and logs can be purchased at £6 a bag. Everyone is welcome so whether you are a solo traveller or a family group please do feel free to visit us.
To ensure the campsite remains peaceful and for the benefit of fellow campers and neighbours we adopt a no music policy at Hook Farm Friendly, well behaved dogs are encouraged and can camp free of charge! We just ask that they are kept under control.
A five minute walk from the site, through the recreation fields of the cricket pitch, tennis courts and Bowls Club, you will find the historic village of West Hoathly. West Hoathly benefits from an extensive network of public footpaths though farmland, woodland and the surrounding villages and these paths offer some far reaching views across the High Weald all the way to the South Downs.
