Edward Bear Lodge
Edward Bear Lodge is a luxurious lodge suitable for up to six guests, offering a fully equipped kitchenette, an en-suite shower room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a mezzanine floor, and ample storage space. It features a brand-new wood-fired hot tub, outdoor seating, a dishwasher, a double oven with a four-burner hob, parking for one to two cars, a TV with free Wi-Fi, a BBQ firepit, gas central heating and access to a woodland play area. Sleeping arrangements include a pull-down double bed, a double sofa bed, and two single beds on the mezzanine, with all linen and towels provided.
Squirrel Lodge
Squirrel Lodge is a luxurious, dog-friendly lodge suitable for up to five guests, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious en-suite shower room, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a mezzanine floor. Woodpecker Lodge
Everyone is welcome at this lodge, including one furry friend and there is room for six guests. It features a fully equipped kitchenette, an en-suite shower room, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a stylish pull out table. A combi microwave oven, outdoor seating, radiator heating, parking for one to two cars, a TV with free Wi-Fi, a BBQ firepit and access to a woodland play area are all included. Sleeping arrangements comprise a double bed, a set of bunk beds, a single sofa bed and a single trundle bed, with all linen and towels provided.
Dormouse House
Dormouse House is a luxurious lodge suitable for up to six guests, offering a kitchenette, an en-suite shower room, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a large mezzanine floor with woodland views. The lodge includes outdoor seating, radiator heating, a dishwasher, a combi oven, parking for one to two cars, a TV with free Wi-Fi, a BBQ firepit and access to a woodland play area. Sleeping arrangements comprise a king-sized four-poster bed, a single sofa bed and three futon chair-beds on the mezzanine, with all linen and towels provided.
Facilities Onsite
On-site, guests can enjoy a range of facilities, including access to a full-sized tennis court suitable for all ages and abilities, with balls and rackets provided. There is a woodlands play area for children to explore, a wooden climbing frame and one acre meadow for family games. Visitors can also meet the resident farm animals, such as Bonnie the rabbit and her feathered chicken companions and make use of the secure dog exercise field where dogs can run freely off the lead. Some activities are subject to availability, including hands-on animal sessions, Ryarsh Paw Ground sessions and tennis court slots. Guests can also purchase BBQ food baskets, soft drinks are available and complimentary firewood is provided for the first night stay for the hot tub or with the Full Experience food and drinks package.
