Barbecues are permitted but must be purpose-built for cooking, robust and elevated off the forest floor to prevent damage. In line with the New Forest Action Plan, disposable barbecues are not allowed and barbecues of any kind are prohibited outside the campsite.
For your safety and the protection of wildlife, please avoid feeding, petting, or approaching the animals around the site. While they may seem friendly, they are unpredictable and can bite or kick. Ensure that all food is securely sealed and kept out of reach of the ponies.
Facilities at Hollands Wood include accessible amenities, battery charging, a chemical disposal point, dishwashing stations, a dog wash, drinking water taps, electric razor sockets, laundry facilities, showers, toilets and washbasins. The site is dog-friendly and offers a motorhome service point, a shop, seasonal pitches and a total of 420 pitches for motorhomes, touring caravans, tents and trailer tents.
