Fairfields Farm is situated on the Pevensey Levels, a scenic National Nature Reserve and one of only four in East Sussex. Covering 10,000 acres between Eastbourne and Hastings, this large grazing marsh supports a diverse range of wetland birds and wildlife.
The concept of a caravan and camping park on the farm emerged after a family camping trip. With ample land and a picturesque setting, Peter saw a great opportunity to create a recreational park surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Over time, visitors expressed interest in seeing the farm animals, leading to the creation of our farm walk. Today, the farm is home to ponies, donkeys, chickens, peacocks, ducks and seasonally, piglets and lambs.
Our commitment to enhancing our facilities has been recognized with the 'Top 100 Sites – South East Winner' award by Practical Caravan and we hold a proud 4-Star rating from Enjoy England.
Our upgraded campsite shop and reception provide all the necessary amenities and guests appreciate the complimentary WiFi available throughout the main Park.
In addition to the main Park, we offer an additional camping field without electric hookups, perfect for guests who prefer a more rustic experience. This field is also suitable for caravan and motorhome rallies, as well as cycling and rambling groups and can be reserved entirely.
We also have a designated dog-walking field, offering ample space for pets to roam freely.
While we have evolved over the years and are now adult only, our core mission remains unchanged: to provide tranquil and rejuvenating escapes in the beautiful surrounding countryside, honouring our father’s original vision.
