The Airstream - Swallows Flight offers quirky glamping accommodation in Chillington near Kingsbridge. We are perfect for a memorable holiday in a peaceful location.
Our 1958 vintage American Airstream caravan sleeps up to 2 -3 people, located in the walled herb garden of our farm courtyard. The vintage caravan is ideal for a unique holiday experience. You can also unwind in the wood-fired hot tub. On a clear night, you can see the stars shining as there is very little street lighting because there are one thousand acres of open farmland.
The Airstream has a main bedroom with king size bed, plus a single bunk in the room and the living area can convert to a double bed too. Gas hobs, a tiny sink and an on-board flushing loo are all available.
A dining room and wet room are next door. The Granary is shared with the barn upstairs, offering an open-plan space with a Belfast sink and family-size table, plus a wet room with a shower. Children can enjoy playing the large garden, five acres of grounds and play area.
We are a great base for exploring a range of attractions in the local area:
Slapton Sands - walkable or five minutes drive away.
Blackpool Sands and historic Dartmouth.
Overbecks Museum and Garden and boat Salcombe.
Thurlestone Sands, Bigbury Beach and Burgh Island.
