OverWater Luxury Glamping offers a unique glamping experience near the charming village of Audlem, set within the award-winning Overwater Marina. With its peaceful canal-side location close to Nantwich, this retreat is an ideal choice for a relaxing break in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. Surrounded by scenic views and tranquil waterways, it provides the perfect base for couples or small families who want to unwind while exploring the area’s picturesque villages, walking routes and nearby attractions.
Tucked away along the old railway cutting, guests can choose from a selection of glamping wagons, each designed with comfort and style in mind. Every wagon offers luxury facilities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Wellington features a built-in bed and a DAB radio, while Hodnet includes a freestanding bed, a small table for two and an Echo Dot. Peplow is fitted with a freestanding bed, breakfast bar seating for two and a coffee machine. Adderley, our pet-free option, comes with a freestanding bed and two tub chairs for a cosy and relaxing stay.
All wagons are equipped with a kitchen area that includes a microwave, induction hob, kettle and toaster, as well as an Everhot electric stove. Each has an en suite bathroom with an electric shower and complimentary toiletries, along with useful extras such as a cupboard with hangers, a hairdryer and a selection of games.
Outside, every wagon has its own patio area complete with a love seat, bench and chiminea, creating the perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon sun. A BBQ is available during the spring, summer and autumn months, while Wellington and Hodnet also offer the added luxury of a hot tub.
Guests can make their stay even more special with a range of optional extras, including champagne, a BBQ starter pack or a cream tea for two, all of which can be booked online or by phone. For added convenience, EV charging is also available on site.
Only a 20-minute stroll from us is the village of Audlem, home to cafes, pubs and shops. You can visit the market town of Nantwich or head to the city of Chester where there are medieval city walks to see. Shrewsbury and Stoke on Trent are easily accessible and offer good shopping opportunities. Attractions to visit include:
