The Railway Inn is a 2-acre site offering facilities for campers, tourers and motorhomes on the edge of Acklington. We are in a great setting for exploring the historic town of Morpeth and the beautiful coastline of Northumberland.
Our caravan park is at the front of the inn. There are 18 hard-standing pitches and 12 grass ones. All pitches have electric and water. Facilities include toilets, showers and a dishwashing area.
Situated adjacent to our 19th Century rural inn is the three cottages. They are all on the ground level and the largest can sleep 4.
We are only 3 miles from Warkworth, home to a beautiful castle. Alnwick is 9 miles away with its stunning castle and gardens. Some local attractions include Druidge Bay, Cragside and Bailiffgate Museum. 3 miles down the road is a newsagent, whilst supermarkets are in Amble an Alnwick.
