Camac Valley Caravan & Camping Park is a family-friendly camping and caravanning site that is located outside of Clondalkin in Co Dublin. Our pitches are nestled within a beautiful countryside location, at the edge of a 300-acre park where there are long walks, natural wildlife, playgrounds and fishing lakes, yet only a short bus ride from the Dublin city centre. The Camac Valley offers the best of both worlds.
We have 113 hard stands, fully powered (10 amp) pitch with water tap & an outlet for grey-water & room for 70+ tents.
Our excellent facilities include showers, toilets, laundry rooms, chemical toilet disposal areas, baby changing room, wet weather room/campers kitchen, library, a fabulous children’s playground and free high-speed broadband internet.
The reception area is the hub of information and we sell Camping Gaz, maps of Dublin and Ireland, postcards and postage stamps. Hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice cream are all available from our camp shop.
We are unable to cater for commercial vehicles or units other than specific tourist units.
There is no better base for those who are in the area to enjoy fishing and to explore Dublin City. Fishing is available only a 15-minute walk away and has an upper coarse lake that is stocked with carp (on average 4 – 6 lbs) as well as perch, bream, trench & rudd. The lower lake is for fly fishing and is stocked with rainbow trout (on average 3 - 5 lbs). The city centre is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of entertainment, restaurants, bars and many other places of interest.
