Pillaton Hall Farm is family friendly site located at Pillaton and close to Penkridge in the beautiful county of Staffordshire. Our ten acre site has breath taking views of Cannock Chase and is the ideal base for that visiting the area.
Both caravanners and campers are welcome on the 10 acre site, which is well equipped with extensive, clean toilet, shower and elsan facilities and optional 16 amp electric hook up (advance booking required).
We have a well stocked shop, which is open 7 days a week for all your basic needs, including beautiful gifts.
We also welcome well behaved dogs and the site even offers a half acre dog walking area with escape proof perimeter fencing where dogs can be taken off their leads to run free for exercise. (At all other times dogs must be kept on a lead).
The site has two fantastic play areas including swings, sandpit, BIG SLIDE and football goal posts for your children to enjoy.
Pillaton Hall Farm is home to four well stocked coarse fishing pools, all enjoying far reaching views over Cannock Chase. Built by the Pearce family in the late 1990's the pools have been regularly stocked with good quality fish, sourced from some of the oldest lakes in the UK. The pools are all stocked with a variety of species ranging from 1 inch skimmer bream to 20lb monster carp.
While the camping and caravan site provides a great place to relax and possibly enjoy a spot of fishing, Pillaton Hall Farm also provides a great base from which to explore Staffordshire, the West Midlands, the Potteries and neighbouring Shropshire. There are a number of good pubs and restaurants in nearby Penkridge and, if you fancy ‘eating in’, local takeaways will deliver to site and the local butcher will deliver fresh meat to order for BBQs.
