Fairview Farm Log Cabins & Holiday Accommodation offers outstanding accommodation in Ravenshead. Set in a picturesque countryside setting in Nottinghamshire, we truly are a rural paradise.
We have a variety of beautifully furnished log cabins and cosy shepherd hut to choose from. All of our accommodation is dotted around our 88 acres of lush grounds. Guests can use the new games room which includes a pool table, air hockey and darts, plus a children’s play area. The whole family are welcome to come and meet our pet horses and sheep, with pygmy goat walks and farm walks all available. We offer a free ‘Pamper a Pony’ session for each stay. You can enjoy the stargazing area and each accommodation has a private fire pit.
King Richard’s Lodge: Our 3 bedroom lodge is the largest property, ideal for families or groups. Bedrooms consist of 2 spacious king rooms , 1 twin room and sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom comes with a large walk-in shower. The large kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is a dining and living area with a sofa bed and TV. Bi-fold doors open onto a lovely outside area with a dining table and seating, plus a BBQ.
The Sherwood – 1 bedroom log cabin: The cabin sleep up to 2 people in a double and comes with Freeview and an open plan kitchen/dining area, with a separate shower. Large decking area comes with a table and chairs and a BBQ firepit.
The Maid Marian – 2 bedroom log cabin: Maid Marian cabin sleeps 4/5 in a double and twin. Sofa bed in the lounge. The large living area includes a flat-screen TV and dining area. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom includes a luxury walk-in shower. Outside there is a fenced outdoor area with a table and chairs, plus a BBQ firepit.
Little John’s Petite Cosy Cabin: The cabin comes with a double bed, kitchenette, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, fireplace and outdoor dining area with a BBQ firepit.
Upside Down House: Out 3 bedroom house has been beautifully renovated to offer fantastic accommodation. Upstairs there is a living room which enjoys glorious views. Downstairs there is a double and twin and we also have single room (reached via a spiral staircase), plus a sofa bed. A downstairs bathroom is also available. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is an en suite toilet and shower room. Outside there is a terrace area with table and chairs.
Lionheart Lodge: Our largest lodge sleeps 10 people in 3 bedrooms, including 2 double rooms and a bedroom with 4 full-size single beds and a small sofa bed. In total, there are 2 bathrooms, including 1 with a freestanding bath. There is a large kitchen and a spacious living area with a TV. We have 5 part bi-fold doors that opens to the outdoor area that comes with a seating and a BBQ.
Robin’s Den Log Cabin: Our two-bedroom cabin comes with a double bedroom with French doors which open onto the garden area. A single bedroom and a separate bathroom are also available. There is an open plan kitchen/living area outside and there is a private garden with a BBQ firepit.
Will Scarlett: This two bedroom cabin has a spacious living area with a TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms consist of a double and two singles. The bathroom has a shower. French doors open onto a terrace with seating and a BBQ firepit.
Friar Tuck’s Cabin: Our two bedroomed cabin has a double and twin room, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. The open plan living area has a flat-screen TV, full equipped kitchen and dining table. The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower. Outside there is a large fenced area with a table, chairs and BBQ firepit.
The Locksley: The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a small bedroom. A separate bathroom has a shower. The open plan dining/living area has French doors which open onto the decking area, complete with a table, chairs and BBQ firepit.
Sheriff’s Den: Our property has a double bedroom. There is a kitchen. The living area and a small dining area, plus a bathroom with a shower. The cosy outdoor area has a table, chairs and BBQ firepit. This property comes with an inner courtyard view.
The Hideaway: This cosy retreat includes a double bedroom and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped and the open plan living/dining area looks out to the courtyard.
Poppy Lodge: Our one bedroomed cabin has a double bed, sofa bed in the lounge and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a living and dining area with a TV and fully-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a seating area with a BBQ firepit. There is a decked balcony overlooking countryside.
