Situated in the picturesque Essex countryside alongside the River Crouch, near Southend-on-Sea, lies the Riverside Village Holiday Park. Set on 24 acres of land, the park offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere with a village-like charm. Beautifully kept grassed areas are maintained to a high standard for families to enjoy, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere upon arrival.
The park prides itself on its tranquil ambiance and is not designed to be a commercialised park with a club house and bars. This creates a friendly weekend and holiday retreat that guests will appreciate.
Tourers and rallies are welcome on the 55 pitch, 5-acre grassed and level field, with access to a heated shower and toilet block, including a separate disabled and family room via the RADAR key system. Shorelink-int loos are also available on the touring field.
The pitches at Riverside Village Holiday Park include access to laundry, drying, refuse and chemical disposal points, motorhome and caravan waste disposal, fresh water filling points, and elsan points. All electrical hook-ups are 16 amps, with grass pitches tended to by the park, though some owners may choose to maintain their rental pitch.
At reception, guests can purchase basic items such as milk, eggs, bread, and essential items such as toilet rolls and toothbrushes. Cold drinks, ice creams, and a selection of gifts and holiday souvenirs are also available. Additionally, crab nets and buckets are available for purchase, providing an opportunity for traditional crabbing fun off the sea wall just a few minutes walk away.
For keen anglers, the park has a fishing lake available exclusively for residents, with passes available at reception.

Rates: Camping, non electric from £25 per night, with electric from £35 per night. Large tent with electric £40 per night, large tent no electric £28 per night.
