On 1st February 2022 Nikwax became an Employee Ownership Trust after being owned by Nick Brown for 45 years. All employees became Partners as a result; with the goal of preserving the companies’ ongoing purpose and independence to benefit current and future generations of Partners and, most importantly, our loyal customers.
