Rainbow Pods in Llanerfyl, Welshpool, offers wonderful glamping accommodation in a beautiful location. Enjoying glorious views across the Banwy Valley in Powys, we are the perfect holiday destination.
Our charming pod is located in the corner of our 13 acre small holding, next to a delightful orchard with wild flowers and a beautiful brook. The pod is heated and comes with a double sofa bed and bunk beds. The en suite is fitted with an electric shower, WC and wash basin. The kitchen is full equipped with a range of excellent facilities: oven, microwave and fridge. We also supply a TV/DVD player. We now have a hot tub to enjoy.
We provide bed linen and a starter kit for the BBQ and chimenea.
Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed in the pod. We ask that they stay outside of the pod in their very own dog pod.
Our pod is the ideal base for exploring what Mid Wales has to offer. Just on the edge of The Snowdonia National Park, Lake Vyrnwy is set amidst the remote and beautiful Berwyn Mountains. Experience the walks and trails of the 24,000 acre RSPB reserve. Dyfnant Wood is an upland forest on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains suitable for walkers and cyclists. It is also home to Rainbow Trails, which were created for horse riding and carriage drivers.
Powis Castle and Gardens has a magnificent collection of paintings, sculptures, furniture and tapestries. Pistyll Rhaeadr is also a great place to visit. It is often referred to as one of the Seven Wonders of Wales. It is the tallest waterfall in Wales.
