The Willows - Yr Helyg is an adult-only campsite in the charming village of Mynytho. We are nestled in a peaceful location near Abersoch and boast stunning countryside and coastal views. Further afield you can visit lots of attractions in Gwynedd.
We have touring and mixed pitches, all surrounded by countryside. The touring area is based in landscaped grounds and all the pitches come with free water, grey waste, wi-fi and a boosted TV signal. Metered electric hook-up access is available and there is a choice of grass and hardstanding pitches.
There are pitches for mixed units over 3 separate areas for tents, caravans and motorhomes. The grass pitches have access to electric hook up.
You can stay in our fabulous shepherd’s hut, Llety’r Bugail. The hut is furnished with a kitchen, TVC and double bed, plus a smart electric fire. Patio doors open to a space with garden furniture, ideal for a glass of wine in the evening sun. There is an en suite shower room and WC.
We also have The Willerby, a holiday home complete with a double en suite, separate bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area and decking area which offers views. Alternatively, stay in The Chillout Pod, offering minimalist interiors, duvets, sheets and towels.

Modern toilet and shower block, including dedicated disability-accessible shower and toilet.

Fridge/freezer facilities.
Camper’s kitchen, with sinks, kettle and microwave facilities.
Tourist information point.
Dog exercise field including a dog wash station.

We are perfect for discovering all that the area has to offer, with lots of scenic walking and cycling routes in the area. Visit Abersoch which has a harbour beach and a golf club to play a round on. You can also visit the beaches at Porth Neigwl and Traeth Porth Ceiriad. Attractions to visit include:
Saint Tudwal's Islands.
Carn Fadryn.
Machroes Beach.
Caernarfon Castle.
Penrhyn Castle & Garden.
