Rowbury Farm Camping is perfect for a touring or camping holiday in the South of England. We are based in the beautiful Test Valley in rural Hampshire, with easy access to many of the county’s landmarks such as Danebury Iron Age Hill fort, the cathedral city of Winchester and the New Forest.
Our 11-acre meadow has 50 spacious pitches to choose from, all surrounded by wildflowers. We offer free firepits and we sell bags of logs, so you can gather round a campfire while enjoying the stars.
On-site we have a range of facilities, including a block of toilets and showers. The men’s section includes a shared facility with 2 showers, 2 toilets and some urinals. The ladies' section offers two single-occupancy shower-toilet units and a separate toilet. A spacious family unit is also available.
The washing up area includes 2 large twin-basin stands. Onsite we also have a freezer.
Whilst staying with us you can make the most of our countryside setting, with lots of public footpaths, permissive bridleways and way-marked routes available. The 246 National cycle route runs past the site and we are close to the King Alfred’s Way Long Distance Cycling route. In nearby Goodworth Clatford, there is a village shop and two pubs and down the road at Longstock, a farm shop and garden centre and another excellent pub.
Local attractions include:
Andover’s Iron Age Museum.
Mottisfont Abbey.
Danebury Hill Fort.
Go Ape.
The Hawk Conservancy.
Stonehenge.
