Camp Snowdonia is situated on the outskirts of Betws-y-Coed in Conwy. It's a superb base for all the family to explore the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.
Our campsite is one of the oldest in Snowdonia. It is a peaceful, unspoilt site and families can camp next to the river and enjoy the lovely Welsh evenings by their own campfire. There's lots for everyone to do. Children can play in the river, scramble over rocks, explore the woods or talk to our free range chickens, sheep and cows. Adults can find walks, bouldering and cycling from the doorstep. Both the Penmachno and Betws-y-Coed mountain bike trails are easily accessible. Please note, there are no showers onsite.
We have a modern spacious static caravan. It sleeps 6, providing two bedrooms, a separate shower and toilet, A well equipped kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and a range of kitchen utensils will satisfy the most dedicated cooks. The comfortable lounge has a TV, radio, CD player and cosy gas fire. Gas and electricity is included in the price. Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a lead whenever they are outside our free range chickens are important members of our community and don't like being bitten or chased!
