Summer Valley Touring Park is a family-run, peaceful touring park at Allet, near Truro. We are ideally placed for many of Cornwall's great attractions.
Wake up to the sound of birdsong from the many birds who frequent the hedges surrounding Summer Valley. Enjoy our high-quality shower blocks with power showers and central heating. All our pitches offer lots of space and many have electric hook-up points.
Facilities include:
Easy site access from a straight road.
Some hard-standing pitches are available.
Minimum two nights and three nights’ booking over bank holidays.
Arrivals from 12.30 pm, departures by 10.30 am at peak times.
Grassy, south-facing parkland sheltered site.
43 pitches with electric hook-up.
Parking space for 1 car.
Seasonal pitch bookings and summer/winter storage subject to availability (prices on request)
There are spacious toilets, showers and sinks (and all hot water is provided free of charge).
We have redesigned and refitted our shop, where you can buy fresh ‘bean to cup’ coffee, bread, milk and groceries as well as caravan and camping equipment with everything from pumps to plugs and toys for the children. We will also be opening our ‘pop up’ cafe in the summer months serving yummy food.
Campers Kitchen - This spacious kitchen has many facilities including chest freezer for ice packs, food preparation area and several deep sinks. There is also a herb garden which you can use to add that extra bit of flavour to your cooking.
Laundry Room - Coin-operated washing & drying machines including extra drying facilities – most useful for walkers, cyclists, fishermen, golfers – in fact, anyone enjoying the many outdoor pursuits available at or around Truro.
We also have a static caravan available which sleeps 4 persons. It is fully equipped to ensure you have the most comfortable holiday possible. Amenities and features include:
Open plan living and dining area with gas fire and TV/Freeview.
Well-appointed kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and full oven and hob. Double bedroom and a second twin bedroom.
Shower room with toilet and washbasin.
Linen is provided at no extra cost leaving you with nothing to bring but yourselves!
Outside is a large raised decked area with table and chairs for you to enjoy a meal or simply a quiet drink.
Dog Sitting and Dog walking service available from Muddy Paws.
We are under five minutes off the A30 on the B3284 at Allet. Access to the park is on a straight road and is well signposted. We are centrally located to visit most of Cornwall’s numerous attractions and the closest camping and touring experience to Truro.
