Romney Meadows Caravan and Camping Park in Lydd offer facilities for caravans, campervans, motorhomes, camping and glamping, nestled in a beautiful area of Kent. We are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.
We are surrounded by countryside and offer a range of facilities. Pitches for caravans, campervans, motorhomes and tent include electric hook up. We have 41 hardstanding 8m x 8m pitches and 10 grass (tents only) 8m x 8m pitches (101-110).
Facilities include a shower and toilet block, laundry room, drinking water, kitchen cabin, chemical disposal and recycling.
We have cosy glamping cabins to stay in, sleeping up to 2 people. The cabins include 2 single beds, electric supply, a kettle and small fridge. Outside there is veranda and outdoor patio with 2 chairs and a table.
You can stay in our 6 meter bell tents that sleep 4 people (maximum of 2 adults). They all come with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, electric supply, kettle, veranda and an outdoor bench table. We also have the new Sunseeker Trailer Tent for up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults), offering 2 fixed double beds, electric supply, a kettle and a table and chairs.
Our park is perfect for exploring the area. Nearby there are sandy beaches and you can play a round on the Lydd Golf Course. Walk around the RSPB Dungeness Nature Reserve or enjoy a great day out at the Lydd Go-Kart Circuit. Attractions to visit include:
Lydd Town Museum.
Hollywood Bowl Ashford.
Dungeness Old Lighthouse.
Dungeness Beach.
Camber Sands.
