Gretel
Gretel, our woodland-themed cabin, is perfect for families with small children or couples. The highlight is a stunning king-size bed, hand-carved from a single tree trunk. Children will love the bunk beds, each with its own night light and USB charging point. With free Wi-Fi, an electric storage heater and hot water bottles, your stay will be warm and comfortable. Gretel also features private toilet facilities accessed from the rear of the cabin. Outside, enjoy a charcoal BBQ, cooking essentials, a picnic table and a fire pit, perfect for evening meals or watching the sunset over the North Downs.
Charlie - The Sweet Retreat
Debuting in 2025, this is a luxury cabin inspired by Roald Dahl's beloved book, perfect for couples or families of up to four. It features a four-poster bed under a bubble ceiling, playful nods to the story throughout and a daybed that converts to sleep two children. A log-effect electric stove keeps the space cosy, while a stunning outdoor bath offers a relaxing escape. Outside, enjoy a charcoal BBQ, cooking essentials, a picnic table and a fire pit, ideal for evening meals or relaxing by after a day out exploring.
Pamela
Pamela, our traditionally built shepherd's hut, reflects the charm of Kent's countryside of old and is perfect for couples or families of up to three. It features a full-size double bed, fold-away table and chairs, ample storage and a log-effect electric heater for comfort. Outside, enjoy a charcoal BBQ, cooking essentials, a picnic table and a fire pit, ideal for preparing meals or relaxing by the fire while watching the sun go down.
Festival
Our vibrant 7-metre Festival Tent is perfect for families or larger groups, featuring 6 single beds, bean bags and colourful decor, bursting with character and charm. Ideal for special celebrations or relaxing summer days, it offers a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Outside, enjoy a charcoal BBQ, cooking essentials, a picnic table and a fire pit for meals or evenings under the stars.
Marrakesh
Marrakesh, our luxurious Moroccan-themed bell tent, features vibrant rugs, striking fabrics, cushions and lanterns, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Sleep on low beds around a log-effect stove for warmth and comfort. Outside, enjoy a charcoal BBQ, cooking essentials, a picnic table and a fire pit, perfect for preparing meals or relaxing by the fire in the evening.
Shared Facilities
A covered communal cooking area is available for use during bad weather. The shower cabin, located at the edge of the site, includes a hot shower, sink and toilet, along with a washing-up area and a freezer for ice packs. Guests can also access a kettle, toaster and microwave for added convenience. Launderette facilities available by request. We also have a small shop onsite.
Visiting the Area
Conveniently located between Maidstone and Chatham, we are just 40 minutes from both London and the Kent Coast. With attractions like Leeds Castle and Chatham Dockyard nearby, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. Alternatively, you can simply relax and unwind in the comfort of your luxury accommodation and peaceful surroundings.
