Herons Park in Lydd offers camping and touring facilities situated in the heart of the Romney Marshes with fishing lakes & nature walks onsite.
Our park is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts looking for a tranquil location. Our park is set within Romney marshland, made up of lakes and grassed areas. We have 29 pitches available with electric hook up and we offer 51 pitches in total for motorhomes, tourers and tents. We allow a maximum of 4 adults per pitch and one motor vehicle. Only one motor vehicle per pitch is permitted and additional vehicles will need to be parked in the allocated car park.
We offer range of excellent onsite facilities:

Reception with a small shop with last minute essentials, local beers, alcoholic drinks, ice cream, confectionery and pocket money toys.
Play park onsite.
Fire Pit Hire.
We also offer fishing onsite in our fresh water lakes. We currently stock bream, tench, roach, carp and eels.
Herons Park is just a stone’s throw from nature reserves, nestled amongst sights of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and English nature.
