Meadowview is a family owned caravan site located near a working farm in the village of Niton on the Isle of Wight, offering seven caravans for a relaxing getaway.

Perched on a hillside just a short walk from the village centre, which features local shops and a pub, Meadowview provides stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The site is conveniently located fifteen minutes by car from Ventnor and close to the scenic West Wight area, known for its breathtaking coastal views. The bustling county town of Newport is also a brief drive away.

A well-loved destination, Meadowview sees many visitors returning annually. The family-run site focuses on ensuring a pleasant stay with attentive, yet unobtrusive, service from the owners. The site features ample parking near the caravans and a spacious grassy area at the front. For children, there is a small outdoor playground and for the whole family, a traditional table tennis room. Additional amenities include a large utility room equipped with a sink, washing machine and ironing facilities.

The caravans include five three-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units, all offering expansive views. The double bedrooms are spacious and stylishly furnished with ample wardrobe space. All beds are fitted with duvets, though guests are asked to bring their own covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels. Twin bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to maximise comfort and also feature good storage options. Each caravan's lounge area is equipped with comfortable seating, ample storage, a calor gas fire, a television and offers scenic views of the countryside. The lounge includes a separate dining area.

The kitchens in each caravan are fully equipped with a gas cooker and oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and a complete set of crockery and cutlery. Additionally, each caravan includes a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Set amidst open fields and near National Trust downland, Meadowview is an ideal base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The area's countryside walks and dog-friendly pubs make it an excellent choice for visitors with dogs, who are welcome in all caravans.
