Bell Tent Glamping at Royal Victoria Country Park offers a unique glamping experience in the charming area of Netley, near Southampton in Hampshire, perfect for a memorable retreat.
Our bell tents are arranged in a horseshoe layout, with Tent 1 at one end and Tent 10 at the other. Each tent features a double bed, two single beds, lighting, 2000w heating, carpets and bed sheets. Please bring your own pillows, duvets and towels. All tents are on decking and come with picnic tables, BBQs and fire pits.
The site includes five glamping cabins set back from the horseshoe.
In the shared kitchen, you’ll find all the necessary crockery and utensils, including 5 fridges (one shelf per tent), a freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, large electric hotplate, dish cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid, sinks, sharp knives, cutting boards, bottle openers, can openers, spatulas, tongs, saucepans, frying pans, plates, cups, mugs and cutlery.
A spotless male and female toilet and shower block is conveniently located close to all units, equipped with hand soap and toilet rolls for your use.
The park is gated and secure and opens at 9am and closes at 9pm every day.
Royal Victoria Country Park has three play areas to ensure that the kids have plenty to entertain them onsite. The park also boasts a miniature railway and hundreds of acres of open space and forest for everyone to explore. Netley shore runs along the front of the country park giving beautiful views of Southampton and the Isle of White. A cafe is available onsite and plenty of restaurants and pubs are available in the local area.
The surrounding towns of Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester have a number of museums, cathedrals, ancient ruins and general places of historic significance. You can also have great days out at zoos, theme parks and a range of outdoor and indoor pursuits.
