Wowo Campsite is perfect for a memorable camping and glamping holiday near Uckfield. Based in a beautiful area of East Sussex, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.
Our campsite offers workshops, campfires and much more, perfect for families or groups. We have 5 main camping fields to choose from. There are 8 glamping options which are open all year round and we also have 12 summer glamping pitches.
Lower Brook
Our first field houses the Alice Yurt, Clarabella Wagon, Gypsy Wagon and Lower Brook Bell Tent. This is our smallest field and great for families.
Middel Brook
This area is parallel to the brook and the top field is used for camping, whilst the rest is for games. There are also fire pits at the corners, and it is the closest area to the main facilities.
Lower Moat
Our central camping field is where we have our village area and it’s surrounded by a large hand moat. Facilities in the village include workshops and our onsite museums.
Grassy Field
This field offers 8 glamping options, including 4 geodomes and 4 lotus bell tents. There is also a wild space and the second half of the field has a large play area.
Upper Moat
Our camping field is the furthest from reception and on the northern edge of the site. On the western edge is our tipi trail and the area is great for larger families or groups.
Tipi Trail
This area is home to our fantastic woodland camping pitches, nestled behind the main camping fields. We have 8 pitches, offering a range of glamping options including domes, shepherds hut and yurts. These are our premium pitches so cars cannot drive to the pitches.
Onsite we have a range of facilities including hot showers, flushing toilets, a campsite shop, laundry room and fridges and freezers for campers to use. We have outdoor table tennis, tree swings and nature to be explored. During the summer season we have food trucks some days and the wild spa is open.
From here you can explore the Bluebell Railway, Sheffield Park National Trust and Chailey Common. Close by there are fishing lakes and horse riding stables.
