It is ideally situated, tucked away against a backdrop of rolling Scottish hills, yet a short drive from the main A74 road between Carlisle and Glasgow.
Within an hour’s drive, you can be in either of Scotland’s two largest cities. Spend a day amidst the bustle of Glasgow, with its abundant shopping and restaurants, or explore beautiful, historic Edinburgh with its winding, cobbled streets and plentiful attractions.
Our park offers a relaxed environment for your holiday, with stunning countryside right on your doorstep, on-site fishing and a host of local attractions close by.
At Newbridge Country Park, you can expect a warm welcome for all types of tourer vehicles, including camper vans, motor homes, caravans and trailer tents on our hard-standing, level pitches. There is a dog walking field where you can let your dog off the lead and we provide dedicated, free-to-use washroom facilities for all tourers, as well as drinking water. Additionally, we offer EHU pitches, free games room, free Wi-Fi, easy access to the surrounding countryside, a bus stop just outside the park, waste disposal and the park is securely gated.
Dumfries & Galloway is one of Scotland’s best-kept secrets, offering almost unlimited quiet and scenic countryside to explore right on your doorstep, away from the coach-loads of tourists heading further north. This lush green region is rich with agriculture and forestry, with red deer, red kites, red squirrels, otters, and other wildlife commonly spotted across this beautiful, rural area.
