Ballater Caravan Park is located in the picturesque conservation town of Ballater, situated in the heart of Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, within the eastern half of the Cairngorms National Park. The park caters to touring caravans, motorhomes and campers, offering a variety of facilities:

• Touring Pitches: 35 hard-standing pitches with 16-amp electric hook-ups, and 13 fully serviced pitches with electric, water, and grey water disposal.
• Camping Pitches: 5 grass pitches without electric hook-ups (book online) and 5 grass pitches with electric hook-ups (telephone bookings).
• Amenities: Free hot showers, dishwashing facilities, ample water-saving toilets, a laundrette, baby changing facilities, Calor gas sales, and recycling facilities.
• Recreation: A children’s outdoor play area, boules pitch, adult exercise equipment, and free WiFi throughout the park.
• Eco-friendly Features: Solar panels for heating water and drive-over grey waste disposal points.

Ballater itself offers a wealth of attractions. The nearby Balmoral Castle, a royal holiday retreat, is a highlight and the town’s historic railway station, once used by Queen Victoria, now serves as a visitor and Tourist Information Centre. Many shops hold Royal Warrants and the town celebrates Victoria Week every August. The scenic River Dee, one of Scotland’s premier salmon rivers, forms Ballater’s southern border and adds to the tranquil charm of the park.
