Barlows Caravan Park is less than a mile from the small rural town of Caerwys, in the beautiful North Wales countryside. This family-run park is set in a quiet wooded valley with mountainous views bounded by farmland. The perfect setting for your static caravan. Located just 10 minutes’ drive from the main A55 expressway, the park is also within easy reach of all the major North Wales Visitor attractions, beaches and inland beauty spots.
Static Caravans:
We always aim to have a range of good value new and used static caravans available for sale. For families who are trying caravanning for the first time or for new and existing customers wishing to upgrade. If there is nothing suitable here, there is also the option to source from the manufacturer or a local dealership. We are more than happy to help.
Touring and Camping:
There is also a large area set aside for touring caravans and camping, surrounded by fields, with views towards the Clwydian Ranges and easy access to woodland walks. This area of the park also benefits from a dedicated children’s play area and football pitch.
We also welcome Caravan Clubs and Rallies.
Site Licence:
We enjoy a ten and a half month licence on our Static Park, the season begins on the 1st March and we normally close on or around the 6th January. Touring and Camping commences on the 31st of March and closes on the 31st October.
Shop:
Our park shop, provides all the basics, including a wide selection of ice cream’s, confectionary and some luxury items such as cooked chickens, and an assortment of deli items, subject to demand. We can also order papers/magazines and arrange for gas deliveries.
Having said this much about the park itself, it must be emphasised that it is our clients themselves who make the atmosphere. They are a wonderfully friendly group, welcoming newcomers, who always remark how quickly they feel at home in Caerwys. We are an owner only park and do not allow commercial letting, therefore many of our Clients make lasting friendships and there is a low turnover of strangers on the Park.
Even though slightly off the beaten track, we are still only an hour’s drive from Liverpool and Manchester. For those who like exploring, our park is within easy reach of all the major North Wales tourist attractions, including:
Snowdonia.
Sandy beaches.
Castles.
Llandudno.
Chester
Whilst locally there are numerous fishing lakes, golf courses, riding stables, cycle tracks and the Offas Dyke Path.
