Crockey Hill Caravan Site is situated in a peaceful location just 10 minutes from the beautiful city of York, offering the perfect blend of a city break in a tranquil rural setting. The site is set in a spacious field, surrounded by mature trees and hedges, providing ample space for awnings.
Please note that we do not have shower or toilet facilities and as such, cannot accommodate tents. However, electric hook-ups are available for all pitches and we are a Caravan & Motorhome Club certified site.
This site is an ideal base for exploring the region, with easy access to the East Coast, North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales. Conveniently, a bus stop adjacent to the site offers regular service into York, running seven days a week, so you can easily explore York's famous attractions, bars and restaurants, with late buses for evening outings.
Several charming villages are located within 1 to 3 miles of the site, featuring local shops and pubs serving delicious home-cooked food. A farm shop and café are just a 2-minute walk away, and for those who enjoy walking, the nearest access to the Public Right of Way network is next to the farm shop.

JORVIK Viking Centre.
York Castle Museum.
Clifford's Tower.
