Old Hall Cottage Campsite is a family-run site in the village of Hardraw that offers camping and touring facilities. Our tranquil site in Wensleydale, North Yorkshire is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.
Our picturesque site is peaceful and based in a gorgeous location, set beside the river. We are a great destination for families and onsite is the The Cart House Tea Room, offering tasty homemade drinks, homemade cakes and soup.
Facilities onsite include 2 toilets, 2 showers, a washroom and washing up area. The showers operate on a £1 coin system and please note we have no electric points or hook ups on the site. For a full list of site rules please see our website.
The quaint village of Hardraw is on the Pennine Way and boasts outstanding views across the valley to Wether Fell, Dodd Fell and Widdale. Just a short stroll away is the majestic amphitheatre and waterfall, Hardraw Force. The area has an abundance of gorgeous walks to enjoy through the glorious landcape.
The bustling market town of Hawes is only 1.5 miles away and home to the Ropemakers, Wensleydale Cheese factory, Gayle Mill, Hawes Auction Mart, shops and restaurants. Great attractions to visit include:
