Buckden Camping offers a variety of camping options onsite including glamping pods. Set on a National Trust working farm, we are in the heart of the Upper Wharfedale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The site is situated beside the river Wharfe on the Dales Way.
Camping Pods - We have three camping pods which each sleep up to 5 people. These insulated wooden huts provide warm & cosy accommodation. We provide lighting, electricity, a kettle, mattress covered seating which folds down to make a sleeping platform, access to fridges and outdoor seating. Please bring with you what you normally would for camping - except the tent.
Camping Pitches - Our pitches are nice and spacious to allow our guests room to breathe. Some of the pitches have electric hook up. There is a separate heated shower pod with power shower, and alternative facilities available in the farm, 3 WC's, and pot wash facilities. Our camping kitchen offers a kettle, fridge and freezer for your use.
Campervans & Touring Caravans - We have five pitches suitable for campervans and motorhomes, two of which are also suitable for caravans. These all have electric hook up.
There is so much to see and do in the area including a horse trekking centre within 10 miles and Long Ashes spar. We are in a stunning location and there are plenty of walks and cycle paths directly available from the site onto the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Come and discover waterfalls, limestone wonders and idyllic ghylls. Other attractions nearby include:

The Buck Inn, serving wholesome meals, is directly opposite the site and a further three pubs are within 2miles of our campsite.
