Caravan and Motorhome Pitches
Our caravan and motorhome pitches are fully self-contained and designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience. Each pitch includes space for two adults, two pets, one awning, and one towing or towed vehicle. Measuring 9 metres by 9 metres, the pitches offer both hard-standing and grass options, a 16-amp electrical supply and full servicing with electric, water and a grey waste drain.
Tent Pitches
Our spacious tent pitches are perfect for those who enjoy camping. The pitch price includes space for two adults, two pets, one awning and one towing or towed vehicle. Each grass pitch measures up to 10 metres by 10 metres and comes equipped with an electrical supply and nearby fresh water standpipes.
For both the Tent & Touring pitches, the pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with no restrictions on pitching orientation as long as you maintain a 1.5-meter distance from the designated edge of the pitch. Facilities include a chemical disposal point for toilet cassettes, heated shower and toilet amenities, and a heated pot washroom. Guests can also use the fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and ironing facilities. General and recyclable waste points are available and a fully enclosed 1.5-acre dog walk ensures your pets can enjoy their stay too. Fire pits are available for hire to enhance your camping experience.
Glamping Huts and Pods
Our glamping huts and pods offer a luxurious, fully self-contained retreat. Each unit features a private bathroom with a shower, hand basin and toilet, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a hob, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and mini fridge. Guests are provided with crockery, glasses and a full-sized double bed complete with a bed sheet, along with a wardrobe, dining table, sofa, cushions and throws. A TV is included for your entertainment. Each glamping pod has its own patio with furniture and a firepit, offering the perfect spot to relax in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Thoughtfully located on our working livestock farm, these units ensure maximum privacy and immersion in nature.

From fresh meat, dairy and baked goods to weekday and weekend menus, there's something for everyone. Guests can enjoy the surrounding countryside and wildlife, explore nearby classic market towns, or visit historic country houses and landmarks. The area offers excellent walking routes, and the fishing lakes at Lynn Pool are just one mile away, making it an ideal base for various activities. We also have plenty of cycling routes nearby.
