Here at Hidden Hideaway we offer luxury glamping accommodation and a small campsite, including a pre erected tent. Set on a family run farm neat Market Harborough in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. Our glamping site in perfect for a memorable break away.
Situated amongst 400 acres of rolling countryside, we truly are a beautiful holiday destination. Our arable farm has a pedigree herd of Lincoln Red cattle, a few sheep and lambs and chickens which you will see on your way to the site.
We have two luxurious safari tents available to suit all your needs.
Pheasant and Hare Safari Tents: These safari tents sleep up to 5 people (6 with a cot) and is perfect for couples or families. Inside you will find a relaxing sitting and dining area with a wood-burning stove. This area opens onto a decking area with a stunning view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of appliances and has a solar fridge. Two bedrooms are available, a double and bunk room with an extra single bed ( beds made up on arrival). Both rooms share a private bathroom with a WC, shower and sink. Outside there is a decking area with a picnic bench and gas BBQ along with garden furniture and a private wood fired hot tub (available as an optional extra). Lighting is all solar and battery and there are charging points for phones etc. (please be aware there are no electric sockets in the tents).
Our camping and caravanning site is tucked away in a field, offering amazing views of the Welland Valley. We have 10 spacious pitches 11 x 5m, with electric and non-electric both available. Facilities available include luxury shower/toilet rooms, an undercover wash up area, picnic benches and a large grassed play area for children along with a small play area.
The Pre erected tent can be found on the campsite and is a spacious 2 bed safari tent, with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, sleeping up to 5 people ( a camp bed can be provided of needed, bedding is not provided in the tent) it has a small fridge and a one ring hob and a kettle plus a picnic table, you bring the rest!
We can provide bbq and breakfast packs that we source from the local farm shop and they can be ready for you on arrival.
We are fortunate to be surrounded by a variety of footpaths and bridleways and have a specific dog walk for our guests, with several country pubs on our doorstep. Lots of attractions are nearby, including:
Foxton Locks.
Wistow Maze.
National Space Centre.
Rutland Water.
