The Duke Of York offers pitches for tourers in Pomeroy. Our adult-only site is nestled in a gorgeous countryside location in Derbyshire and is just 6 miles outside of Buxton beside the A515, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Our caravan site offers wonderful views of rolling countryside. All pitches are hardstanding for campervans, motorhomes & caravans. There are also some tent pitches in a separate area with EHU or non EHU.
Onsite facilities include a modern shower and toilet block. Disabled facilities are also available. A pot washing up area is provided.
Next to the camping and caravan site is our traditional country pub. We serve homemade food, real ales and have beautiful log fires to relax in front of. Our menu will be sure to satisfy your appetite and a specials board offers a range of classic dishes/
We are the perfect base for enjoying a range of walking and cycling routes in the area. You can visit the historic spa town of Buxton, home to shops and a major arts festival in July. Attractions to visit include:
