Wheathill Camping offers camping and glamping accommodation near Willisham, nestled on a scenic agricultural farm. Our 1-acre site is perfect for exploring Ipswich and a variety of attractions in Suffolk.
Our site offers wonderful views across the valleys and is surrounded by trees/hedging. The site can be booked exclusively, please enquire for details.
In total, we have 10 grass and hardstanding pitches which are set around a small fishing lake stocked with carp. There are 4 non-electric pitches and 6 electric pitches.
We also offer glamping accommodation in The Nest Cabin. This private cabin is based in a private corner of the site and sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Facilities include a kitchen, shower, WC, double bed, sofa bed, table and log burner. Outside we have a private courtyard and to the front is a large decking area, offering a great spot for a coffee whilst enjoying the lake views. A BBQ area is provided.
Onsite facilities include:
Toilet and shower with 2 toilets and 2 showers, plus wheelchair access and baby chaining facilities.

Only a 10-minute stroll from us is The Limeburners pub/restaurant. You can visit the town of Ipswich, home to shops, restaurants, cafes, attractions and much more. Walk along Ipswich Waterfront or visit Christchurch Mansion. You can also head to the Ipswich Museum. Attractions to visit include:
Ipswich Transport Museum.
Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park.
Chantry Park.
Escape Ipswich.
Ipswich Regent Theatre.
