Walnut Farm Touring Park & Holiday Lets in Waxham is a family-run site that offers Touring pitches, Self catering Cottages and Static Caravans. We are nestled in a peaceful setting, perfect for an idyllic getaway in Norfolk.
Our site offers direct access to the gorgeous sandy beach and the renowned Horsey seal colony. We offer spacious grass pitches with 16A electric hook up and 12 non-electric grass pitches are available in the school summer holidays. All the prices are based on 4 people per pitch, with no further charges for dogs or awnings.
On site, we have an amenity block with four private shower rooms, each with its own toilet and basin, plus 1 stand alone toilet. There are 4 indoor washing up sinks and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We have 2 chemical toilet disposal points.
Other accommodation
2 Farm Cottages, both have 2 bedrooms, with their own private enclosed gardens and are Pet friendly. East cottage also has an optional hottub
2 Static caravans, both fully equipped and in their own private fenced garden;
Bishy Barnabee has 3 bedrooms – Brand new Oct 2023, No pets
Pollywiggle has 2 bedrooms – Pet friendly
During the school summer holidays, we can also offer our 3 glamping yurts, each sleeping 6 (or 4 adults). All Yurts include a double bed, 2 camping style bunk beds that convert to a sofa. They are fully equipped and even have a wood-burning stove. Outside there is a BBQ/fire pit and a picnic table and sun shade offering the perfect spot for a drink in the afternoon sun.
Around our farm, there is a 1.5-mile circular walk, including a stretch of river bank.
Activities to enjoy include boating, canoeing, seal watching, bird watching, cycling and much more.
