Happy Valley in Grimston, King's Lynn in Norfolk, offers wonderful glamping accommodation in a stunning setting. Situated in 9 acres of glorious woodland and open space, we truly are an idyllic retreat.
Our superb campsite is located in a breath taking location. Teaming with wildlife throughout the fir woodland and features its own bridged island set on a pretty lake. We offer a mixture of shepherd huts, tree temples and woodland lodge accommodation to suite all your needs. We also offer exclusive hire of the whole site to sleep up to 19 guests. Features include use of the fully licensed bar (minimum spend applies) and use of the Hay Barn or Dutch Barn.
Toad Hall – Sleeps 4 plus 2. Our luxury lodge comes with a king-size en suite, wet room, double bedroom, underfloor heating, kitchen, TV and treetop balcony. Outside there is a dining and sunset decking area to relax on. You can soak away your troubles in the electric hot tub.
Keeper’s Cabin - This cabin sleeps 2 plus 2 plus 1. The heated cabin is tucked away in the wood and comes with 2 king beds and a single for a child, plus an en suite shower room. There is an open plan living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. Facilities include a wood burner and outside there is a private wood fire hot tub to soak yourself in.
The Woodpecker – Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. This en suite tree temple has a king-size bed & kiddie friendly bunk beds. Facilities include a wood burner, beautiful round living space, dining table and kitchenette with fridge, hob and hot plate. Outdoors is a BBQ & firepit etc.
Denver's Rest & Tawny Hut – Sleeps 2 plus 2: Denever sleeps 2 in a double bed and there is breakfast bar, outdoor undercover kitchen with fridge and hob. There’s also a kettle, toaster, plates, cafetiere, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cups, utensils etc. Undercover seating. We also have Tawny Hut – a heated hut with super king bed. Outdoors is a BBQ and fire pit with seating. These huts share an outdoor kitchen and private heated toilet and waterfall shower room.
King Nutkin Tree Cabin - sleeps 2. Our cabin comes with a king-size bed and includes wood burner & radiator, breakfast bar, kitchenette, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, plates, cups, utensils, tea, coffee, salt, pepper and sugar. Outdoors is raised decking with seating and a separate and private BBQ area with seating & large fire pit.
King Bell Tent - Sleeps 4+2. This tent has a real king-size bed and 2 camping beds for children. Includes a BBQ, camping stove, outdoor seating area & fire pit. Camping plates, cups, cutlery, BBQ, stove, kettle etc.
Bella Bell Tent - Sleeps 2 in a real double bed. Facilities include a BBQ, camping stove, camping plates, cups, cutlery, washing up bowl and Kettle etc.

While staying with us you can explore the area. The area lots of beautiful walking and cycling routes to enjoy. You can visit Sandringham House and Gardens or see Norman Castle Rising. Head into King’s Lynn which has cobbled streets, museums, shops and maritime heritage.
