Clippesby Hall's award-winning touring and camping park is spread over 8 distinctive areas, providing you with a choice between more secluded individual pitches set into the natural woodland, and more open, family-oriented lawns, most with electricity connection available. In total, we have 128 pitches.
The Cedar Lawn is one of our most popular grass camping areas, spacious, friendly and family-oriented, with plenty of space for the children. All pitches include electric hook up, suitable for tents and small campervans, and are set exclusively around the perimeter of the lawn.
South Park is another more open, family-friendly camping area suitable for tents and small campervans, with sunny, perimeter pitches, all include electric hook up, although it also has several more secluded clearings offering a sense of being tucked away.
The Dell is exclusively for camping, with no electric hook-ups and a number of private areas set amongst the woods, ideal for couples/adults. It tends to be quieter, home to the most popular individual pitches on the park.
The Heath is an exclusive camping and touring area with just 8 perimeter pitches, in a natural wooded glade, all-weather, fully serviced pitches, away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas of the park, while remaining close to the family bathroom facilities.
Tilly is a fantastic glamping retreat which sleeps up to 4 people, with a double bed and bunk beds in case you would like to bring the children. The charming shepherd's hut is perfect for a luxurious break in a beautiful part of the country.
The Old Orchard offers woodland pitches tucked away on either side of the winding central pathway, for a mix of tourers and tents, with the north end near to the children's play park, giving this area more of a family atmosphere, while the southern section offers more secluded camping pitches. Mostly all-weather, fully serviced pitches.
The Pine Woods remains our dog-free camping area, close to the family bathroom facilities and enjoying a distinctive, slightly more peaceful ambience, with very generous sized pitches suitable for people needing a little more space.
The Rabbits Grove is suitable for touring and camping pitches are all-weather and fully serviced, with more of a woodland feel, courtesy of the mature trees that ensure this area is a haven for wildlife on the park.
The Meadow offers our Super-Pitches, larger pitches designed with motor caravans in mind, fully services all-weather and offering 16-amp electricity connection. With just 9 pitches, this is a quieter area with easy access.
Clippesby lies in the heart of the Broads National Park, and this is the main focus of our activities in helping visitors to discover the special qualities the area has to offer.
