Hanworth Country Park in Potterhanworth is ideal for an unforgettable getaway. Located in a scenic setting near Lincoln, we offer accommodation for tourers, campers and glampers. Further afield you can visit lots of great attractions in Lincolnshire.
We are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life, surrounded by glorious scenery in a tranquil setting. We have facilities for glampers, tourers and campers, plus a range of fabulous lodges. We have 22 caravan pitches, 5 motorhome pitches, 11 glamping pods, 4 EHU tent pitches, 7 non-electric tent pitches and 1 shepherds hut.
Glamping:
We offer 2 levels of glamping, the basic pod has a kettle, toaster and small fridge but our comfort pods have a kettle, toaster, larger fridge, microwave and television. The pods sleep 1-2 people and come with a double bed or twin beds with mattresses, small rear window, front decking with table and chairs. We also have a quirky shepherds hut to stay in, great for a romantic country escape. Based in a tree-sheltered spot, the hut comes with 1 comfy double bed, electricity and a kitchenette.
Camping:
We have a spacious field for campers, offering lots of space for you to pitch your tent, surrounded by gorgeous parkland. Only available to book for August.
Touring:
Our 27 touring and motorhome pitches are ideal for a relaxing holiday. You can choose from super or standard service pitches. A standard pitch fits our caravan, car and awning, whilst a super pitch will fit the same plus a green lawn area. All fully serviced pitches come with electric hook up, water and grey waste drainage.
Luxury & Leisure lodges:
We have an array of Luxury lodges to choose from, great for families or groups looking for somewhere special to stay. Based in a peaceful area of the site, the lodges come with 3 bedrooms, including a full en suite master bedroom, open plan living/dining room with a TV, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and outdoor hot tub to soak yourself in.
Our Leisure Lodges sleep up to 8 people and come with 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double, a double sofa bed, toilet en suite for master bedroom, open plan kitchen/diner/living room and a shower room. French doors lead to a decking area to unwind on whilst the sun is shining. Some leisure lodge include a hot tub.
Onsite we have a range of excellent facilities: toilets + showers, parking, discounted rates for access to fishing lakes, access to Brewers Cafe-Bar, access to play area, waste disposal, access to electric vehicle charging point.
We are in a great location for exploring the quaint village of Potterhanworth, home to a large playing field with a play park, skateboard park and tennis court, plus the Chequers pub. Play a round of golf at the Pottergate Golf Course or see the amazing animals at Woodside Wildlife Park. Excellent attractions to visit include:
