Bainside House in Kirkby on Bain offers outstanding facilities for campers, tourers and glampers. Situated in beautiful countryside in a lovely part of Lincolnshire, we are perfect for a memorable break away.
Our adult only caravan and camp site is on a large level well drained field. We also have a grass field for tents. Electric hook ups are available and all guests have access to the well maintained toilet and shower facilities.
You can enjoy that touch of luxury in our glamping pods. All our pods are on the southern edge of the lake and come with an array of excellent facilities. Inside there is a settee/double bed, table and chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle, hanging space & shelving. Outside there is decking with seating and a BBQ. The ideal place to relax with friends whilst savouring the stunning lake views. Each pod comes with two private fishing pegs.
We have self catering accommodation available in our lodge. Inside there are comfortable bedrooms, Freeview TV, a well equipped kitchen and a living area.
Onsite there is a 1.75 acre fishing lake which is well stocked with carp, bream, roach, rudd, crucian carp, tench, perch, chub and barbel. Please enquire for fishing rates.

Rates: From £14 for two people sharing a tent pitch. From £52 for 2 people sharing a pod and the lodge is from £275 per week for up to 4 people. Fishing is £6 per day or can be priced hourly.
